We are a friendly, family run guest house located In the heart of Southampton city center. Newly refurbished throughout, we cater for holiday makers and contractors alike.

We offer on site parking and there is ample off-road parking.

All rooms have wi-fi, a colour TV, wash basins and tea and coffee making facilities. An ironing board, iron and hairdryer are available upon request.
